Wesley Buchhorn, P.E. - President | Shareholder
Currently: President of Southeast Texas Windstorm Inspections, LLC.
Wesley is a 2005 graduate of Lamar University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. He worked as an Engineer-in-Training for 6 years under a Professional Engineer designing Commercial & Residential Wood | Steel | Concrete structures and foundations for multiple purpose buildings and Residential Multi and Single Family Housing including Inspection to ensure each project is constructed in accordance with the current International Residential Code (IRC), International Building Code (IBC) and ASCE 7-05 requirements for windstorm certification in the State of Texas. He earned his Texas Professional Engineering License in 2011 as a Civil/Structural Engineer and is appointed by the Texas Department of Insurance to perform Windstorm Engineering, Inspections and Certifications of structures and components. In 2011 he founded his own design firm and is Licensed in the State of Louisiana and Florida in the same capacity as Texas. He was ultimately joined by his brother, Tim, in 2012.

Tim is a 2008 graduate of Texas A&M University with a BS in Civil/Structural Engineering. He worked as an Engineer-in-Training for 4 years under a Professional Engineer designing Commercial & Residential Wood | Steel | Concrete structures and foundations for multiple purpose buildings and Residential Multi and Single Family Housing including Inspection to ensure each project is constructed in accordance with the current International Residential Code (IRC), International Building Code (IBC) and ASCE 7-05 requirements for windstorm certification in the State of Texas. He joined his brother Wesley in 2012 as an Engineer in Training and earned his Texas Professional Engineering License in 2013 as a Civil/Structural Engineer and is appointed by the State of Texas Department of Insurance to perform Windstorm Engineering, Inspections, and Certifications of structures and components.
